Check Eligibility
Ensure your items were purchased within the last 30 days and are at least 75% full to qualify for a return or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our Clear Skin Professionals with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items and include the RMA form inside the box before shipping it back to our California processing center.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
